The official guidance has just dropped, and there is one very important thing you need to do before you head to the ATTA Centre : Print your badge.

According to the official manual, all badges for exhibitors and sponsors will be sent out exactly one week before the event. (Keep an eye on your inbox around March 15th). Unlike some events that have massive printing stations at the entrance, RDE moves faster if you arrive prepared.

To avoid the "Monday Morning Queue," please ensure you have your badge printed and ready to be inserted into a lanyard before you land.

Forgot to print? Don’t panic. If you realized at 11 PM in your hotel room that your badge is still just a PDF on your phone, you have a few easy options here in Riga:

• Your Hotel Reception: Most official partner hotels (like Radisson Blu or Wellton) are very used to "urgent conference printing". Just ask the front desk.
• Baltic Data (The Tech Shops): If you are near a shopping mall, look for a store called Baltic Data. They offer quick document printing services.
• Copy Pro (The 24/7 Option): If it's the middle of the night, Copy Pro on Raiņa bulvāris is open late for all your printing needs.
