Support for attracting highly qualified employees

The project aims to refine, scale and commercialise the Spotwise artificial intelligence platform for broadcast media within 12 months. Under the project, a new platform user interface with real-time analytics is being developed, along with television and podcast monitoring modules and back-end infrastructure optimised for high load. The commercial goal is to widen the target audience from media organisations to media agencies and the largest advertisers in Western Europe.

Expected results: a new platform interface launched in production, a system able to process more than 500 media streams in real time, a self-service sign-up and billing flow, and documented code with automated tests.

The project is implemented under the European Union cohesion policy programme for 2021–2027, specific support objective 1.2.1 "Pētniecības un inovāciju kapacitātes stiprināšana un progresīvu tehnoloģiju ieviešana uzņēmumiem" (strengthening research and innovation capacity and introducing advanced technologies in enterprises), measure 1.2.1.4 "Atbalsts tehnoloģiju pārneses sistēmas pilnveidošanai" (support for improving the technology transfer system), project identification number 1.2.1.4/1/23/I/001.

Export support action plan

The project aims to strengthen Spotwise's presence in three priority export markets: Western European radio groups, France and the United States. Under the project, the company takes part in three international industry events with its own stand and presentations.

Planned activities: exhibiting at IBC 2026 in Amsterdam (11–14 September 2026), attending the egta Marketing & Sales Meeting in Amsterdam (7–8 October 2026), and exhibiting at MediaDays Solutions in Marseille (10 December 2026) and Paris (15 December 2026).

Expected results: a base of qualified prospective-customer contacts in the three target markets and new pilot projects with Western European and French media groups.
