What protects your data today?
Encrypted in transit
Data between your browser and Spotwise is encrypted in transit.
Access controls
Data is scoped to your organization. Your team sees your data, not another broadcaster's.
Your data grounds your outputs only
Rate cards, panel data, offers and case studies you load in ground your own team's outputs. We never sell or share them, and they never inform other customers.
Minimal collection
We collect what we need to run the platform and nothing else.
A human approves before anything is sent. Your team decides what goes out.
Every email, proposal, report and pipeline update that reaches a client or prospect waits for a person on your team to approve it.
Workflows follow the same rule. A scheduled job drafts the outreach, then waits for a human. Edit or pause any workflow at any time.
Where does your data live?
- Lives in
- Your organization's workspace, scoped to your team. One contract, one login, one place the data lives.
- Connects to
- Only what you set up: HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce for your CRM, Slack or Microsoft Teams for notifications, and our API and MCP server for your own systems.
- Writes back
- Leads are checked against your CRM before they surface, and every action is written back to the record. Your CRM stays the system of record.

GDPR
Spotwise is an EU-based company. Our practices are designed to align with GDPR, and we keep records of processing activities wherever personal data is involved.
SOC 2 and ISO 27001
Both are in progress, and we are aligning with the EU AI Act. None is signed off yet, so you will not find their logos here.
